Step 1: The exploration
In order to carry out the 3D project in the best possible way, we naturally want to first fully understand your company's requirements. Once we have specified those requirements, we look at the best-fit options. But also look at any obstacles so that we can properly accommodate and eliminate them during the process. If your company already owns a design, we are happy to receive it at this stage of the project.
Step 2: The project description
Once the exploration is complete, a quote is provided with a description of the 3D project. This will always describe the 3D printing technique, materials and settings.
Step 3: Implementation
After the project is designed by us using 3D drawing or reverse engineering, we send the 3D drawing to you for approval. Afterwards, we always make a prototype. After approval of this prototype, we will start production! This phase is only applied when large numbers of the same product need to be printed.
Step 4: The delivery
After execution, the products are shipped to you. We will contact you after delivery to see if the final 3D product was delivered to your satisfaction and if we can take follow-up steps in the 3D project

3D map of an Egyptian temple
Vormz created a 3D map of an Egyptian temple for us, for a new tour created for people with visual impairments. The floor plan allows our guide to explain how a temple was constructed and how the Egyptians used the rooms. SLA printing at Vormz
We contacted Vormz to print several prototypes. These were printed using the SLA technique. The accuracy and finish of the product were perfect and also had good dimensional accuracy. The communication with Vormz was excellent and he also gave good explanations about the printing method. Our parts were printed in such a way that the highest accuracy could be achieved. Definitely recommended for prototyping!
