Development is very important to us, which is why we keep up with the latest techniques in the field of three-dimensional printing. Think of the newest and fastest machines, with the aim of creating the most solid custom applications.
From individual parts to turnkey products, we do it all. We start with 3D designs to shape your application. By the way, is it about a product that already exists, but has no drawing? Then we can also 3D scan it!
Once the design is ready for production, we choose the right technique for 3D printing your project. Is it a large series? Then you will receive a prototype from us. Choosing the convenience and durability of 3D printing in Delft? Then contact us.
We always start with an exploration of the project so that we can offer you a transparent quote based on that. In addition, we agree a clear deadline with you. That way you know where you stand. In a hurry? We go the extra mile!
Over the years we have been able to realize many beautiful applications for companies. Feel free to submit your idea to us, and be amazed at the possibilities of 3D printing in Delft. We deliver your products to your door, which is very convenient.
We have numerous innovative techniques in-house. For example, the interesting Selective Laser Sintering (SLS), in which we fuse nylon powder layer by layer for the strongest end result. Prefer 3D printing in Delft based on ultra polymers? We do that with our advanced Ultra FDM technique.
Want to have an application developed in a distinctive color, or from a special material? With Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM), the possibilities are endless. Who knows, accuracy for your product is extremely important. Stereolithography ( SLA ) is the technique for working to millimeter accuracy.
For every project we offer a material that suits the desired application. For example, PA12 is very suitable for solid, dimensionally stable parts in technical environments. TPU 90A, on the other hand, offers flexibility and resilience, useful for products that require ductility. Looking for moisture resistance or extra rigidity? Then PETG or PETG-CF is the choice for you. In addition, specialty materials are available for projects with specific requirements, such as heat resistance. We would be happy to advise you on the right choice for your product.
Besides accurate prints, we also provide high-quality finishing. With Polyshot, we smooth the surface for an even, low-maintenance texture. Vapor Smooth provides a closed surface with a look similar to injection molding, ideal for when porosity is undesirable. Tumbling flattens out high peaks on the surface, giving it a smoother, softer feel. Want the part in black? That, too, is possible with the finishing services we offer at Vormz.
At Vormz we think it's important to think with you, so that we come to the best end result. Which machine fits best to realize your applications and how do we go for the most sustainable result? We use a personal and result-oriented approach, this in combination with a clear cost estimate and clear time schedule. 3D printing in Delft on level!

What is 3D printing?
3D printing, also known as Additive Manufacturing, Rapid Prototyping or Rapid Manufacturing, is a manufacturing technique that converts a digital file into a tangible object. The 3D object is built up layer by layer by the 3D printer. Want to know more about it? Feel free to send us a message.
How does 3D printing work?
The basis of a 3D print is the digital design. The 3D design can be created in various 3D design programs, such as Solidworks, Inventor, Fusion 360 and others.
The digital file is then converted to a file called STL. This format can then be loaded into the software to drive the printer.
Eventually a file comes out that the 3D printer can read. Then you can start printing!
What 3D printing techniques are available?
At Vormz we use no less than 4 different 3D printing techniques. Each technique has its own advantages. Check out the specifications on:

Is only plastic used for 3D printing?
No, definitely not. Plastic does represent the most commonly used material for 3D printing. But which 3D material is chosen depends on the requirements of the final product and the technique being used.
For example, in addition to plastic, liquid and materials such as wood and bronzefill are also used in 3D printing. Although the latter two mentioned also contain a small portion of plastic.

Can I 3D print my logo?
3D printing your logo is definitely possible! In fact, we have already done this for several companies. Usually this is requested as part of a product. Then the logo is printed inside the product.
But the logo can also be printed per letter in 3D. Up to 40cm x 40cm in size per letter. Ideal for wall mounting, on the counter or in the shop window. For example, we have printed our own logo. This has been given a place in our shop window and has become 2 meters long in total.
What types of businesses are using 3D printing?
3D printing is used and applied by all kinds of companies and organizations.
But it is especially widely used by startups and manufacturing companies. For startups, it is a relatively inexpensive way to produce prototypes or finished products. For manufacturing companies, it is an alternative form of producing the products and their components.

Vormz created a 3D map of an Egyptian temple for us, for a new tour created for people with visual impairments. The floor plan allows our guide to explain how a temple was constructed and how the Egyptians used the rooms. The contact was very pleasant and fast and the end result is even better than we had hoped for! We are extremely happy with it.
Great experiences with Vormz! Fast quotes, fast delivery and quick, clear communication.
We contacted Vormz to print several prototypes. These were printed using the SLA technique. The accuracy and finish of the product were perfect and also had good dimensional accuracy. The communication with Vormz was excellent and he also gave good explanations about the printing method. Our parts were printed in such a way that the highest accuracy could be achieved. Definitely recommended for prototyping!
I was looking for a 3D printing service where I could test some printing techniques for prototyping. Also some individual parts for production work. I found at Vormz a smooth service and plenty of options. Short lines, very nice. Thanks for thinking with me and the fast service!
